The Photo Review, a critical journal of photography, will hold its Annual Benefit Auction on Saturday, November 2, 2002 at 7 p.m. in the Dorrance-Hamilton Building at the University of the Arts, in Philadelphia. The event, popular since 1983, will fund a number of activities, including an annual juried competition for emerging photographers.
